TASK BOOKS - there are three types:
In-house departmental. Everyone should have at least one - Basic FF, then engine driver, pump operator, EMS officer, company officer, duty officer, asst chief etc.
State fire training task books. More geared to structural FF. (FF2>FF1). Charlie, Mike W, Sean P and Kirk T can sign these task books
NWCG for wildland FF1>FF2. Must have at least two quality assignments as trainee to be fully qualified for any position.
Out of area assignments
Be prepared for minimum 14 days
If called, be ready to go
All purchases made with personal funds requires a purchase order and receipt
